Spending time outdoors is good for physical and mental health. Moderate exposure to natural sunlight supplies the body with Vitamin D necessary to keep our bones strong and healthy. With you outside, the brain is constantly active from different sights and smells all around.
Swimming. Swimming is one of the healthiest activities as it works practically all of the muscles in the body. - Gardening. Not only will it improve the beauty of your surroundings, but it’s also a perfect therapy for your mental health as well. Plant summer flowers in your backyard or start growing vegetables in the home garden.
- Play with your dog. Walk the dog through the subdivision, down by the streets, the next-door available house and lot in Philippines vacant space. Take him for a stroll through the clubhouse to the playground. Play catch with your dog and do the chase game for a more rigorous exercise regimen.
